By accessing or using column-app ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Service.
column-app provides fintech infrastructure benchmarking, platform banking analytics, and comparative data tools for financial institutions and technology professionals. The Service is provided "as is" and is subject to change without prior notice.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts at our sole discretion.
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. All fees are stated in USD, billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, and are non-refundable except as expressly stated herein. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' written notice.
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the initial charge for annual plans only. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
All content, data compilations, benchmarks, analytics, software, and trademarks on the Service are the exclusive property of column-app or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
You agree not to use the Service to scrape, reverse-engineer, or systematically extract data; to transmit malicious code; to impersonate any person or entity; or for any unlawful purpose. Violation of this section may result in immediate account termination and legal action.
The Service and its content are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, or legal advice. column-app makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of the data for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, column-app and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, upon reasonable notice. Upon termination, all licenses granted herein immediately cease, and you must discontinue all use of the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware.
